1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. As a registered educational institution, we require all users to adhere to our academic integrity policies.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Certificate Issuance

To receive a certificate, you must successfully complete all course requirements and pass our identity verification process. Any attempt to falsify information or cheat will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension. All issued certificates remain the property of Brixton Training Institute, and we reserve the right to revoke any certificate for academic dishonesty or other violations of these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Violate our academic integrity policy, including plagiarism or cheating.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
